Welcome! I'm Lindsay, Your Queer Wedding Officiant. Congratulations on your engagement!
As a queer wedding officiant, I am thrilled to support and celebrate love in all its beautiful forms. I bring a personal understanding and sensitivity to the unique challenges and joys faced by LGBTQ+ couples & while I may be new in my business, my dedication to creating unforgettable wedding experiences is unwavering. With a background in customer service, planning my own wedding from scratch, being the Officiant at two of my friends’ weddings, among many other qualities; I bring a unique blend of skills and passion to every ceremony I officiate.

Rustic Wedding

Two Day Minimum Rental Agreement

- Background & Aisle Runner Only: $100 for 2 days
- Background, aisle runner, charging station, galvanized tub, utensil wooden box, burlap & chicken wire basket: $175 for 2 days
- Any putting together of background or decorating with your decor will be additional labor cost: $25/hour & must be agreed upon at a previous meeting

Terms and Conditions for 10 Thousand Lakes of Love Officiant Services
1. General Information
These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by 10 Thousand Lakes of Love Officiant Services ("the Officiant").
By booking our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Booking and Payment
A non-refundable deposit of the amount shown on the website and/or contract signed due to various packages offered is required to secure your wedding date.
The remaining balance is due 15 before the wedding date.
3. Travel Fees
Travel fees apply for ceremonies conducted outside of 30 miles of my primary service area.
The primary service area is defined as within 30 miles of 55433.
Travel fees are calculated based on the distance from 55433 to the ceremony venue and are charged at a rate of 67¢ per mile/kilometer.
If the ceremony venue requires travel exceeding 150 miles, additional charges may apply, including but not limited to:
- Accommodation expenses if overnight stay is required.
- Meals and incidentals during the travel period.
Travel fees will be quoted and agreed upon at the time of booking. Any changes to the venue location after booking may result in a re-evaluation of travel fees.
4. Additional Fees
Additional fees may apply for:
- Rehearsals.
- Extra services such as customized vows or ceremonies.
- Any extra time spent at the venue beyond the agreed-upon schedule.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations made 30 days before the wedding date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the service fee.
The non-refundable deposit will not be returned under any circumstances.
In the unlikely event that the Officiant is unable to perform the ceremony due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided, and efforts will be made to find a suitable replacement.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing all necessary details about the ceremony location and schedule.
The client must ensure all legal requirements for the marriage are met.
7. Liability
The Officiant shall not be liable for any delays or non-performance resulting from circumstances beyond their control.
The Officiant’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the officiant services.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Minnesota, United States.
By booking 10 Thousand Lakes of Love Officiant Services for your wedding, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
